You acknowledge that our operation of the Site does not constitute the practice of medicine, and specifically does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Julene Montgomery (the “Nutritionist”). The information provided on the Site is for educational purposes only.
Notwithstanding the fact that the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and the nutritionist, our preservation of your personal health information shall be HIPAA compliant.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “clients” are those individuals who have secured the in-person services from Julene Montgomery.
Children’s Privacy Statement
This children’s privacy statement explains our practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen, and provides important information regarding their rights under federal law with respect to such information.
